Service Cancelation Policy

At Khanash Consultancy, we strive to provide the highest quality of service to our clients. However, we understand that circumstances may arise that require you to cancel your service. This Service Cancellation Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which services can be canceled.

1. Cancellation by Client

1.1. Notice of Cancellation
To cancel a service, clients must provide written notice via email to info@khanashconsultancy.com. Please include your name, contact information, and the details of the service you wish to cancel.

1.2. Cancellation Fees
Cancellations made more than 30 days before the scheduled service start date will incur no cancellation fees. Cancellations made within 30 days but more than 14 days before the service start date will incur a cancellation fee of 25% of the total service fee. Cancellations made within 14 days of the service start date will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the total service fee.

1.3. Refunds
Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 14 business days of the cancellation notice, minus any cancellation fees. Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment unless otherwise agreed upon.

2. Cancellation by Khanash Consultancy

2.1. Right to Cancel
Khanash Consultancy reserves the right to cancel any service at any time for any reason, including but not limited to non-compliance with our terms and conditions or unforeseen circumstances that prevent us from delivering the service.

2.2. Notice of Cancellation
In the event that Khanash Consultancy cancels a service, clients will be notified as soon as possible via email or phone.

2.3. Refunds for Cancellations by Khanash Consultancy
If we cancel a service, clients will receive a full refund of any fees paid. Refunds will be processed within 14 business days of the cancellation notice and will be issued to the original method of payment unless otherwise agreed upon.

3. Rescheduling Services

3.1. Request to Reschedule
Clients wishing to reschedule a service must provide written notice via email to info@khanashconsultancy.com. Requests to reschedule must be made at least 14 days before the scheduled service start date.

3.2. Rescheduling Fees
There are no fees for rescheduling a service if the request is made at least 14 days before the scheduled start date. Requests to reschedule made within 14 days of the service start date will incur a rescheduling fee of 10% of the total service fee.

3.3. Approval of Reschedule Requests
All reschedule requests are subject to availability and approval by Khanash Consultancy. We will do our best to accommodate your preferred reschedule dates.
